What we collect
We collect only the information required to process a claim: your legal name, contact details, and, where required for verification, identity and address documentation. We do not ask for your Social Security number, bank account, card, or wallet details on this site, and we reject attempts to submit such values.
How we use it
- To process and review your claim and to contact you about its status.
- To verify your identity and your relationship to the record you are claiming.
- To maintain an audited record of claim decisions.
How we protect it
- Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (encrypted storage, field-level encryption for sensitive identifiers).
- Access control: only authorized desk staff can view claim data.
- Full audit logging of access and changes; form contents are never logged in plain text.
- Role-based access for staff; two-person approval above a configured threshold.
Retention
Records are retained per the applicable retention schedule and securely deleted when no longer required. You may request the status of your data by contacting the desk with your claim reference.
What we never do
- We never sell or share your data for marketing.
- We never request payment to file, verify, or release funds.
